Next Up: Kid Glock

Although Norway has a variety of rappers, almost none of them have broken out in the U.S. However, Kid Glock is looking to change that. With swift melodies or hard-hitting bangers, he seems to be on the road to success.

Glock gained traction in January 2020 when he released his track "Enjoy The Show" with DaBaby. However, the track's success was only enjoyed for a few days before it was taken down due to mixing and payroll issues. As of this time, the track has not been re-released on streaming services.

That didn't stop Glock, though. In March, he released his track "Bankrolls" with Gunna and YNG Money, and as of now, the track has over 160k streams on Spotify. Although it's not as successful as "Enjoy The Show", it did help boost Glock's audience. He followed up the track with "Kicks" with SpaceYoung, and "223" with King A. Both tracks currently have over 2k streams on Spotify, making them some of Glock's most popular tracks. He also released multiple albums and EP's, with all of them featuring potential hits.

Recently, Glock has released singles such as "Lame Hoe" and "Diva" featuring Gunna. Both singles have the formula of a hit single, and they could become his next big tracks. He also released "MakeAmericaGreatAgain!", a response to the killings of George Floyd and more.

Kid Glock may not be a gigantic rapper, but he is steadily and authentically building his audience. Check out his tracks below.
